FAQs

When will my order ship?

Orders will be submitted to our warehouse for distribution within 48 hours from when the order is placed. Times may vary due to the volume of orders being submitted.


What does it cost to ship my order?

Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping destination and method. When you arrive at the checkout page, you will see a shipping method drop down box. There you will be able to view your shipping options and the charges associated with each method. If you need your order by a specific date, please include this date in the additional order information section so that we may contact you if your chosen method will not meet this date.


When will I receive my order?

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method chosen, and the ultimate shipping destination. Estimated shipping times are below.


Regular Ground Freight:

Quebec, Ontario & Manitoba - Receipt within 7 business days of ordering

Calgary Area - Receipt within 5 business days of ordering

BC - Receipt within 6 business days of ordering

Alberta & Saskatchewan - Receipt within 5 business days of ordering

Maritimes - Receipt within 9 business days of ordering


Next Day Rush Service:

If you require your goods to arrive next day, please choose the RUSH shipping option and indicate your required by date at checkout. Charges for rush service are based on weight, mass and destination. Shipping charges for all options, including RUSH service are displayed on the checkout page. BrandAlliance does not charge a RUSH handling fee in addition to courier rates.

Please Note: Rush orders must be placed by 11 am (PST).


How to order

Simply browse our catalogue. Once you've decided, select your quantity and click the "add to cart" button located underneath the order bar. Continue shopping until you have what you need. Once you are done, click the "Continue Checkout" button at the bottom right of your screen.


Setting up an account

To place an order, you must set up an account first. Please note that any accounts set up prior to November 1st, 2016, will need to be re-created. If you prefer, you may wait until you are prompted to do so at checkout. To set up an account prior to checkout, click on the login link in the top left corner.


T-Shirt Pricing

Until February 1st, 2018 a discounted price of $6.95 per shirt for adults, $5.95 per shirt for youth will be offered.
T-Shirts ordered after February 1st, 2018 the user will be charged the regular price of $9.80 for the t-shirt.
To take advantage of the “pre-order” discounted price after February 1st, 2018, a minimum order quantity of 10 t-shirts would apply.
NOTE! Pink Shirt Day items will sell out prior to event date so please don’t wait to purchase!


Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges will be accepted until January 15th, 2018. After this date, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact pinkshirtday@brandalliance.com
Note that you will be responsible for shipping charges for any return or exchange that is not due to an error in picking/shipping.


Can my order be shipped outside of Canada?

Yes! Place your order online and we will contact you with the freight charges.


How will I know you have received my order?

You will receive an order confirmation via email within seconds of placing your order. Please keep a copy for reference.
